COSTS
Shipping costs for the UK mainland start from £4.99 with costs rising for the rest of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Worldwide (see cart for your region’s shipping costs).
TIMESCALES
I make all my art prints to order ensuring only the highest quality art so I aim to dispatch all artwork orders within 3 to 5 business days from receiving the order. European, USA, Canada & Australia customers will usually receive their artwork within 7-14 days. The rest of the world should allow up to 28 days in some cases.
PACKAGING
Your canvas art will be packaged in bubble wrap and in a dual-wall shipping box.
Rolled Canvases and Fine Art Prints will be shipped in sturdy cardboard postal tubes.
COURIERS
All my art is sent via reputable courier services such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and Royal Mail. All packages will require a signature on receipt. If you are not at home when the delivery is expected the courier will try and deliver the package the following working day. If still no one is available to receive the package it will be carded and the item will be held at a local depot until contacted.
LJA Canvas Art cannot be held responsible for any damage to artworks caused by couriers and any delays that are incurred due to their actions or seasonal weather. Please ensure that you check your delivery for any damage before signing for it.
We can only accept returns if a complaint is made within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
