LJA Canvas Art is a trading style of LJA Studios. This website is owned, designed and operated by LJA Studios (“we” or “us”). LJA Studios is located at 15 Heybridge Lane, Prestbury, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 4HD, UK. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they set out the rules for how we run the website and supply the goods which you may purchase through this website.

Any customer information held on this website will only be used in the context for which it was acquired, we will not forward any details on and we do not hold any customer’s credit/debit card details. All product imagery and website design displayed anywhere on this website are the sole property of LJA Studios. These images, design and text must not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used for any commercial purposes in any way.
Delivery Information
All art prints are shipped within 3-5 working days to the UK, although this is not always possible as all art prints are made to order. We reserve the right to have the goods delivered in the UK within 14 days. European, USA, Canada and Australia customers will usually receive their artwork within 7-14 days. For delivery to Europe, USA & Canada, Australia and the rest of the world we reserve the right to have the goods delivered within 28 days. Please see our Delivery Info page for further details.
Returns
Our returns policy only covers damaged or faulty goods. It does not cover poor image quality from a customer supplied image of less than 5MB. It does not cover change of mind or colour variations due to individual monitor settings. In cases of damaged of faulty goods, this fact must be communicated to the delivery company at time of delivery. You should then eMail LJA Studios within 7 days of delivery and we will advise you accordingly.
Pricing
All prices stated are the responsibility of LJA Studios. We reserve the right to change them at any time. Any offers or promotions are run at our discretion and are valid until the date shown or until we decide to cancel them. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any offers or promotions at any time.
Shopping With Us
Please note the colours displayed on the website may not be identical to the original artwork, the colours may differ slightly due to lighting effects or specification of monitor/equipment viewed on, the colours on the website are as close as possible to the original.
Payment
All transactions are handled through our secure online payment gateway, PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card, PayPal will still securely process your payment. We do not store or retain your personal card details ourselves. We cannot process payment over the telephone.
